friendly staff central location varied breakfast full car park limited drinks average room
the staff members were friendly. the hotel had a very central location near the train station. the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of hot and cold food.
the car park was full on arrival, and i had to use an ncp car park. this resulted in an unexpected parking fee. only bottled drinks were available at the bar because the pumps were off. the room was average.

Excellent Stay at a Central Hotel
room upgrade friendly staff helpful receptionist
The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a superior king room. The room had a very large bed and a nice street view. All staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. Matilda, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in easy.
The walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noises from other rooms , disrupting my sleep. I think more soundproofing would improve the overall experience.

carpet stain missing button
The room felt a bit neglected. the air conditioning barely cooled the space. i found a stain on the carpet. the television remote was missing a button. It made channel surfing frustrating. i mentioned these issues at checkout, but the staff didn't seem too concerned.

the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. i had a superior king room that provided ample space. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the central location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants.
the parking fee seemed a bit high, though the convenience was appreciated.

the bathroom wasn't up to par, unfortunately. the shower was poorly designed and caused the floor to flood. i also noticed the provided toiletries weren't replenished daily. this.

friendly staff great choice
i found the staff friendly, polite, and always available. the room was clean and everything felt very organized. i noticed they can't do enough to help and this impressed me. the breakfast buffet had much choice too.
i did experience noise from the street, it continued late into the night. i think they need better soundproofing to stop the music.

The breakfast offered a very good selection of food items. I especially enjoyed the range of juices available
The bathroom radiator was quite dusty, and the carpet needed better vacuuming . the room faced a brick wall and fire escape, blocking all daylight. it seemed like a cave for the weekend. A refurbishment is necessary
